Conrad got his first taste of real estate at a young age; purchasing his first investment property in Lincoln, NE his Junior year in college. After graduation, he decided to become a full-time Realtor helping others buy, sell, and invest in real estate. Moving to Denver, CO he started with a boutique company before switching to Keller Williams after reading about the systems and models spelled out in the Millionaire Real Estate Agent by Gary Keller. Since joining Keller Williams in 2007, Conrad grew his business through the greatest recession in our country’s history since the Great Depression.

Conrad started really building his real estate team after taking BOLD and hiring his first MAPS Coach in 2010 and by 2019 he brought his wife, Crystal, onto the team full-time. By 2021, Conrad broke the $100M mark in total volume and hit over $700k in personal GCI with half a million in profit. His growth through the years has been steady and consistent. In addition to building a team with his wife and creating his Life by Design, Conrad has also given back to his market center as a technology trainer, ALC member, serving on the Regional and International leadership councils, mentor and trainer for new and experienced agents, as well as a Market Center Investor.
